Image measurement with high-speed cameras is essential in automotive crash tests to check the safety performance of vehicles. Multiple high-speed cameras are used to capture images of many parts including body deformation, dummy movement, airbag deployment and deformation of interior components. And image analysis software is used to calculate what is happening at any certain time and the amount of deformation during crash test.
